        J.W. OUTFITTERS RETURN POLICY

         

        J.W. Outfitters can accept for exchange or credit, only undecorated items, except in cases of JWO error. Garments must be in new condition (clean, unaltered, unwashed and with tags still attached). Items eligible for return must be received by JWO within 20 days of customer receipt so JWO, in turn, can return the product to the original manufacturer within the 30-day standard return window. The industry standard 20% re-stock fee charged by the manufacturers will apply on all eligible returns.
